Technical information
- DKD: continuous cover lamellas, free of defects, for light-coloured glazes
- DKK: one cover lamella continuous, 2nd cover lamella and centre layer finger-jointed, flawless, for wood-aluminium windows
- Top layer up to 3500 mm in one piece
- Rift and half-rift are used for cover layers
- KKK: 3 layers finger-jointed, defect-free, for opaque surfaces
- Finger-jointed lamellas from pieces: min. 180 max. 600 mm
- Knots and resin pockets are cut out
- Defect-free pieces are finger-jointed and used for centre or top layers
- Defect-free pieces are turned into cover layers for natural windows / mullion transoms
- Controlled drying in our own facilities
- Vacuum and conventional drying systems for the highest quality standards
- Wood species: Oak, ash, other wood species on request
- Gluing: KleiBerit 304.1 2k-D4-PVAC glue in accordance with DIN/EN 204.

- Delivery from order in 4-6 (depending on customs authorities) working weeks
- Dimensions and lengths can be made to order according to parts list
Sustainability is a way of life for us:
- The wood is FSC certified
- The region's forestry department is planting an additional 25,000 oaks in 2020 in collaboration with Divario AG
- In 2020 we will create our own oak plantation
- Our photovoltaic system produces more electricity than we consume
- We heat all plants and buildings with our waste wood
- RUF wood briquettes are made from wood residues - Dependence on gas from the school authority and municipality is reduced through waste wood deliveries
