The company

History of origin

  • 1993

A Swiss window factory started the DOK 3 window factory in Moscow together with a Russian partner, producing high-quality windows and insulating glass.
  • 1994

With the independence of Ukraine from the Soviet Union, the founder and current Managing Director of Divario GmbH moved to Moscow as a young guest worker. By chance, he met an avant-garde co-partner of his employer in Moscow. Sergei Medvechuk was able to continue his education in Switzerland several times. Together they launched Divario Ukraine in 2005.

  • 2024

Almost two decades later, Divario UA has become an absolute specialist in quality oak scantlings. It now has around 50 employees, many of whom have been with the company for many years, and continues to invest in the socially and ecologically sustainable development of the region.

Further training

In order to achieve the required product quality, we attach great importance to training. The expertise of our team is constantly being developed in renowned institutions. Long-standing employees attend further training courses at the Institute for Wood-based Materials in Rosenheim or complete interpreted internships at a Swiss timber window manufacturer. There they learn how to work directly with our product in the finishing process and also acquire basic German language skills in individual lessons.

The expertise gained is retained in the company through high employee satisfaction and modern occupational safety. Always with the aim of making our product even better so that it is optimally suited to your requirements.
